🏡 Short- & Mid-Term Rental Property Management

Rates vary depending on your property and service level. Here are typical ranges:

Full-Service Management:

25–30% of rental income (after cleaning, tax, and platform fees)

Co-Hosting Management:

Flat rate or percentage-based, typically $300–$500 per door

Owner Responsibilities:

• Keep the property in good standing with utilities, HOA, and city/state compliance

• (Co-Hosting only): Handle listing, pricing, guest communication

• Listing and marketing (Full-Service only)

• Guest screening and communication

• Scheduling cleanings and recommending maintenance
